How it works

THE BEST BUSINESSES IN EACH CATEGORY WILL BE AWARDED

Customer Service

In today's digital age it is impossible to hide negative customer feedback.

The ARA monitors social media, industry web sites, digital and print media to collect data on existing Top10 rated businesses and potential Top10 businesses to determine the worthiness of the level of customer service and the satisfaction of customers. We also invite direct comments from the public.

Innovation

For a business to be listed in the Top10 they must show innovation in products, services and promotion.

Most industry groups award innovation and ARA searches and monitors such sources to find and reward innovation.

Innovation can come in many forms such as products, service, display and creativity. All these are considered when deciding on Australia's Top10.

Superior Products

It doesn't matter if it is apples or computers, some products are inferior, and some are superior. A business selling the exact same product can supply a superior product even if it is only the guarantee, after market assistance or how it is presented to the customer.

It is the charter of the ARA to acknowledge and reward businesses that offer superior products.
